Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • electric bikes,
  • freight shipments,

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.

Freight Deliveries for Bikes & Large Products

Some electric bikes, batteries, or oversized products may ship through freight carriers.

For freight shipments:

  • a signature may be required upon delivery,
  • customers may need to schedule delivery appointments,
  • and inspection upon delivery is strongly recommended.

Please inspect packages carefully before signing for delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • take photos immediately,
  • note the damage with the carrier,
  • and contact us as soon as possible.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • VAT,
  • brokerage fees,
  • and any local import regulations.

Surron Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local laws and regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Surron Outdoors is not responsible for:

  • delays,
  • lost shipments,
  • or additional fees caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request address corrections.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Surron Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost:

  • contact the shipping carrier first,
  • then contact our support team for assistance.

We will do our best to help investigate delivery issues.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier issues,
  • severe weather,
  • customs processing,
  • inventory shortages,
  • or unexpected logistical disruptions.

Surron Outdoors is not liable for shipping delays outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on:

  • supplier inventory,
  • or product size.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
